What is Bloom & Wild Rewards VIP?
Rewards VIP is our loyalty club for caring people. For £15 a year, you get access to extra benefits like:

As a VIP, you earn 15 points for every £1 you spend – which is 3x more than everyone else. For every 500 points, you can unlock a £5 Rewards voucher. And trust us, those points add up fast.
How much does Rewards VIP cost?
It costs just £15 for a whole year – that’s like £1.25 a month. Less than the price of a first-class stamp, and way more exciting.
How can I join Rewards VIP?
Add it on at checkout, and create an account with us (if you haven’t got one already). That’s it. Welcome to the club.
How is it different from Bloom & Wild Rewards?
Bloom & Wild Rewards is our free loyalty club, and it's a great place to start. You earn points on every gift, and once you get 500 points you can unlock a £5 voucher. Rewards VIP is a fast-track to getting those £5 vouchers. Earn 3x more points, get a 30% welcome discount, and 3 free greetings cards to send a year.
How do I earn points?
Log in to your account on our app or website, and you'll earn 15 points for every £1 you spend (after discounts).
When will I get my points?
Right after you’ve made your order, points will show as ‘pending’ in your points pot. They’ll change to earned once your gift has been sent.
How can I spend my points?
Once you've earned 500 points – which is the same as spending £33 – you can swap your points for a £5 Rewards voucher. Head to the Bloom & Wild Rewards section of your account to unlock it. It'll land in your inbox and be ready to use at checkout.
Where can I find my points and rewards?
Head to the Bloom & Wild Rewards section of your account to track your points and unlock any vouchers you’ve earned. Even easier? Check the app. When you add a gift to your basket, you’ll see any £5 Rewards vouchers ready and waiting for you in the checkout.
How long are my points and vouchers valid for?
Your points will expire after 12 months. We’ll give you a nudge before then so, if possible, you can swap them for a Reward. Rewards vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date you’ve unlocked them.
Can I use my Rewards vouchers with other discounts?
Yes – you can use your Rewards vouchers on top of our discounts or any credit in your account. You can also use multiple vouchers on one shop.
Can I earn or use points on international Bloom & Wild websites?
Not yet – Rewards VIP is currently for UK customers only. Watch this space.
How can I claim my three free cards?

Your free card voucher will be waiting at checkout – no code needed You’ll just pay for delivery, via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£1.65). But if you add on an extra treat with your card (like letterbox chocs or a flower posy), delivery is free. Already sending flowers or a gift by post? You can also add one of our premium card designs to your gift (£1.50 to £2.50), and redeem the cost at checkout.
How do I get access to VIP discounts?
Your Rewards VIP discounts, pre-sales, competitions and birthday treat come straight to your inbox. You can also find them in the Home tab of your app.
How can I leave Rewards VIP?
You can manage and cancel your Rewards and Rewards VIP membership at any time in your account. We'll be sad to see you go. But no hard feelings. Or, you can get in touch with our Customer Delight team.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes, your membership renews automatically each year unless you cancel. You'll receive a reminder email 2 weeks before your renewal date, and you can cancel anytime in the Rewards section of your account. Or, you can get in touch with our Customer Delight team.
