I want to buy a gift card. Can I use a discount code?
No, you’re not able to buy a digital gift card using a discount code or account credit.
I’ve been given a gift card. Can I use it alongside a discount code?
Yes, you can combine a discount code and your digital gift card code, alongside any account credit you might have. We’ll apply the discount code first, and then take off the value of your gift card and account credit (if you have any) on the remaining amount.
How do I check the remaining balance on my gift card?
Simply enter your gift card code at the checkout, and you’ll be able to see how much you’ve got left on it.
Do you do physical gift cards?
No, not right now. But you can download and print a paper gift certificate to give them, which we attach to your email.
The all-important Ts&Cs
Valid for two years. Gift cards can’t be bought using discount codes or account credit. They can be redeemed against any gift on our site. If buying a subscription, you’ll only get money off the first delivery. You can use a gift card alongside other discount codes or account credit. Gift cards can’t be exchanged for cash.
