Efficient service, easy to order, value for money, delivered in time and the flowers were beautiful

I received flowers as a gift on what must have been the hottest day on record. They were so fresh and beautifully packaged with what I thought was a bag of water around the bottom of the stems. After reading the info in the box what i thought was water was actually gel and a sticker on the flowers said they were sleeping. So much care and attention to detail had been put into getting the flowers to the customer in perfect condition. This is the second lot of beautiful flowers I have received from Bloom & Wild i wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have used this business both here and in the uk and it has been so consistent. Each time the flowers arrive when they say they will. And they are in bud or slowly opening so you get much longer out of them. I have also sent the chocolates and brownies with the flowers on different occasions and they have been perfect as well. You also get notified when they have delivered. Great service.

Relatively easy ordering service on line, with regular updates on progress of the order. Delivery was exactly as promised.

The blooms do open up and improve after a day or so.

I have now used their services a couple of times and will certainly turn to them every time I need to send flowers. I especially like the thoughtfulness of letterbox flowers that means you don’t turn a lovely surprise into a dreadful nuisance for your recipients! The website was easy to navigate and the choice of gifts was really good. First order discount was also very useful but the best surprise of all was the dispatch speed. I am tired of poor deliveries especially when it is a gift. Would highly recommend .

I have given 5 stars as customer service are wonderful. I had a few issues with my order but they quickly resolved this and were very apologetic & understanding. Will use again and recommend as this is the first time I have encountered any issues having used B&W on numerous occasions. I’ve very happy with my final replacement plant.

I've ordered several gifts this year for family and colleagues and everyone has been delighted with the flowers and how long they lasted.

The web site is set out very nicely and the flowers shown are true to their likeness. No issues and I was kept informed of delivery and that the flowers were going to be slightly delayed in getting to the recipient and I was given a £5 credit for this. Very impressed.

I love this company. I regularly send flowers to friends and family and on the one occasion things went wrong their customers services put it right quickly. The app is easy to use and stores addresses of people I send regularly to and prompts me on birthdays, anniversaries etc

With the one exception mentioned delivery has always been on time and the flowers are lovely.

It does take around 24 hours for them to recover and bloom perfectly but this is something B & W make customers aware of.

Admittedly the flowers look very sorry for themselves when you first open the package BUT after spending some time in water buds start bursting into flower & sitting up taking notice of their surroundings. I thought I’d try Bloom and Wild as others are now getting so expensive and I had 4 lots to send! ( everyone seems to have birthdays in July/Aug in my family)

I was a bit apprehensive about sending letterbox flowers, but WOW all 4 got there the next day, and everyone sent me photos and said how lovely they were.

In this heat, I thought I was taking a risk, especially sending the smallest bunches, but no, no problem at all.

Excellent service with good offers to take advantage of. Flowers have always arrived well packaged and last for absolutely ages.

Orders are clearly tracked, Sunday delivery by Royal Mail exists, the app works well, the range of bouquets and gifts are unique, plus as a regular customer, the various offers and generous rewards scheme keep the costs reasonable well below gift rates. There is real thought put into the packaging and protection of blooms during transit and their set up at point of use. My only real complaints are that even with the day1-day3 plant food supplied, the roses in the mix and an occasional bouquet are short life, plus the gift range no longer really caters for gluten free at all (it used to at least have letter box brownies and blondies).

All of the flowers I have ever ordered have been beautiful and the gifts have been of good quality. Everyone who I have sent gifts or flowers to have messaged me to say how much they love them; most bouquets have lasted for about 3 weeks due to some of the flowers still being in bud when they arrive, so you do get your money's worth!

Hello. I have only had two orders so far. The first flowers were just a little sad looking when they arrived at my friends. I did contact the company and, oh my goodness, how helpful and thoughtful they all were. When I was trying to do my second order I got in a bit of trouble, so again I contacted the customer support team and they could not have been more helpful again. The flowers arrived at another friend’s the very next morning.

I recently received a stunning bouquet from Bloom & Wild sent by a colleague. The flowers arrived safely in a letterbox friendly box with clear care instructions and plant food. They looked sleepy at first, but the flowers bloomed the next day. They have lasted over two weeks and still look lovely. I completely recommend this company and plan to use them for future orders instead of our usual choice, M&S.

Web site is easy to use, flowers and gifts are always good. Use the company quite often for Birthdays etc and they normally deliver on specified dates. Unfortunately this time Royal mail let them down by a day.

I have used this company over a hundred times in the last few years. The ordering process is clear and easy to follow. The range of flowers and gifts of good quality and well illustrated by photographs. Orders are dealt with simply and effectively and fulfilled with considerable quiet efficiency. The few problems arising (normally in my experience to do with couriers falling short of expected or promised standards) are dealt with thoroughly by an outstanding customer care response.

Everything went as planned, especially the delivery date as it was for a specific occasion.
