There was a problem with my order regarding delivery, it was not going to be delivered as promised but they kept me up to date. As it turns out, the address I had given was no longer valid. On advising their customer service team, they were amazing and took care of the situation and ensured a new order was sent out straightaway.

The Team were so responsive and understanding and having used them before, the flowers are always fresh and last for ages.

I have been using Bloom and Wild for a long time now. Each time, the bouquets are stunning and well received by my recipients. The delivery is fast and the flowers are always delivered on time.

The one or two times I was dissatisfied with the flowers, they have either sent a replacement set or refunded me.

Most recently, i have been able to order my MIL her birthday flowers the day before (yes, even with the B&W notification to remind me, I forgot!) and they offered next day delivery.

I will always recommend Bloom and Wild to anyone sending flowers. They are reliable, amazing quality, well priced, and they are a lovely company with great customer service. The new points system to get money off is very good too as I send loads of bouquets throughout the year and getting vouchers is always helpful!

All the flowers that have been sent by you have arrived in a very good state, they last a long time and they brighten up a room.

The blooms are mainly seasonal and the choice and variety is always excellent along with the opportunity to add a little something extra by way of chocolates etc.

The flowers last so much longer than supermarket flowers, and longer than those from other florists. The quality is excellent always. I’ve never received or sent a disappointing bunch of flowers from Bloom and Wild.

The website is colourful, inviting and clear with choices laid out well. Excellent description of each bouquet and the flowers that are to be included. Also great choice of appropriate cards to include with the bouquets. I am not very technical with computers and had to make an adjustment to my order , I received a swift email reply from a member of staff( Jazmine) who reassured me immediately that she had corrected my slight error. It is however easy to make an order online and easy to track it too. Highly recommend

I’ve been sending floral gifts via Bloom & Wild for several years now. The flowers are always the stars and do last for ages. I’ve occasionally added a gift that has always been well received but for me it’s the flowers that send the messages.

Ordering can occasionally be frustrating and a couple of years ago Royal Mail had a real problem at the Gatwick depot. For the team at B&W nothing is too much trouble sorting out issues with a delivery. Great service and beautiful blooms
