2. Summary of Material Public Positions

While our financial contribution is zero, our advocacy for a regenerative economy is active and transparent. Below are the material positions the Group and its leaders have taken to influence public decision-making for the benefit of people and the planet.

3. Our Work with Partners and Organizations We recognize that our memberships in industry associations involve indirect policy influence. We actively monitor these organizations to ensure their lobbying efforts align with our Responsible Lobbying Policy. At this point, no material misalignment has been identified for any of these.

• Floriculture Sustainability Initiative (FSI): We actively participate in FSI to ensure the industry prioritizes responsible agricultural practices and operations, decent working conditions, pesticide reduction, and standardized carbon footprinting (FloriPEFCR).

• B Corp Community: We participate in collective action to drive systemic change toward an equitable, inclusive, and regenerative economy.

• Tech Zero: We are members of this community that calls upon businesses to develop and pursue a Net Zero pathway, in line with the Paris Climate Agreement.
