Bloom & Wild Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Bloom & Wild Rewards terms and conditions (“Rewards Terms”) describe the Bloom & Wild Reward Program (“Rewards Program”).
By opting into the Bloom & Wild RewardProgram, you are entering into a binding agreement with Bloom and Wild Limited (“we” “us” or “our”) in respect of your use of, and participation in, the Rewards Program. If you do not agree to all of the Reward Terms, you must not use the Bloom and Wild Rewards Program.
Bloom and Wild Terms and Conditions. The Rewards Terms are intended to supplement the regular Bloom and Wild Terms and Conditions. You understand and acknowledge that you have already agreed to the Bloom and Wild terms and conditions when you registered and logged in to the Bloom and Wild website or app.
Bloom & Wild Privacy Statement. In connection with the Rewards Terms, Bloom and Wild will use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Statement, which forms part of these terms. Our Privacy Statement describes our information practices, including how we collect, use and share your personal information. It also sets our rights that you have in respect of your personal information.
Eligibility.
You must have a Bloom & Wild account to participate in the Rewards program
You must be at least 16 years old and reside in the United Kingdom to participate in the Rewards Program.
Please note that business customers who opt to pay for their purchases via invoice are not eligible to participate in the Bloom and Wild Rewards Program.
Participation in the Rewards Program. To participate in the Rewards Program you must have a Bloom & Wild account. Upon logging in or registering an account on our website or mobile application, you will be automatically enrolled in the Bloom & Wild Rewards Program. By proceeding with login or registration, you consent to being signed up for the Bloom & Wild Rewards Program. Participation in the Rewards Program is conditional upon opting into our direct marketing communications. You can opt-out of these communications at any time, without affecting your accrued Rewards points.
Variation in member experience To continually improve our Rewards Program and enhance your experience, we may conduct tests or offer personalised promotions. This means that:
Some members may receive different offers, promotions, or experiences as part of these tests.
Participation in such tests is automatic and based on random selection or specific criteria determined by us.
The availability of certain promotions or offers may vary between members at any given time.
How to earn Bloom and Wild Rewards points. Once you have opted into the Rewards Program, you will earn 5 Rewards points for every £1 spent on eligible products purchased from the bloomandwild.com website. Bloom and Wild may offer new and different ways for you to earn and redeem Rewards points, including bonus campaigns or Rewards accelerators. Bloom and Wild has the sole discretion to offer, change and terminate the different ways to earn and redeem Rewards points. Sometimes, earning and redeeming Rewards points may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer.
When Rewards points Accrue Regular Purchases: Rewards points will accrue at the time of your purchase. Subscription: For subscription customers, Rewards points accrue based on the delivery dates, which coincide with the dates they are charged. Bundle Purchases: For bundle purchases (e.g., packages of 3, 6, or 12 bouquets purchased upfront for monthly delivery), Rewards points equivalent to the full bundle cost will accrue when the first delivery in the bundle is shipped. In case of a bundle cancellation mid-way through its lifecycle, Rewards points will be refunded equivalent to the amount of money refunded.
Converting Rewards points to vouchers. Upon reaching a specific threshold of Rewards points you may choose to convert these Rewards points into a Bloom & Wild Gift Voucher (“Voucher”). Redeeming vouchers.
You have the ability to redeem your Voucher, use any existing credit on your account and apply any relevant discount codes all in the same transaction.
Vouchers can be redeemed against the final transaction amount. This amount is calculated after the addition of all extra costs such as addons, greeting cards, and delivery fees, but after any applicable discounts have been applied.
Expiry date of Rewards points and Vouchers. Rewards points and Vouchers converted from Rewards points will expire 12 months from the date of your last delivery with us. If you check out as a guest, you can claim points retroactively by registering or logging in post-purchase, provided the order was made within the last six months and the delivery has not yet been shipped.
Limitations
Rewards points can only be accrued on products that are marked as eligible for Rewards points accrual.
If you redeem a reward, mobile offer, bonus offer, promotional offer, Voucher or use any other type of discount code as part of your order, you will only accrue Rewards points for the actual monetary spend in the transaction.
If, for any reason, Bloom and Wild provides you with a full or partial refund of your spend on eligible products, Bloom and Wild is entitled to remove the corresponding Rewards points from your Bloom and Wild account.
If you cancel your order for any reason, Bloom and Wild is entitled to remove any Rewards points accrued for that specific transaction from your Bloom and Wild account.
Bloom and Wild reserves the right not to accept any Voucher if in its reasonable opinion the Voucher has been obtained fraudulently
Bloom and Wild reserves the right to withdraw point promotions and/or offers without notice
Rewards points cannot be earned or redeemed on orders made via a third-party website
Reward-specific limitations
Birthday Reward: Available exclusively to existing customers and members must register their birthday at least 5 days prior to the actual date. This reward is valid only once per year.
No monetary value in Rewards points or Vouchers. Rewards points and Vouchers are not legal tender, currency, or cash and cannot be exchanged for cash, or resold. You have no vested rights or interests in Rewards points or Vouchers. They have no cash value and are not assignable or transferable between accounts or individuals. Rewards points and Vouchers cannot be combined across multiple accounts, regardless of who registered those accounts. Rewards points and Vouchers can only be earned, held, and redeemed in accordance with these Rewards points Terms. Any other use, award, sale, exchange, or transfer of Rewards points or Vouchers, or any attempt to do so, constitutes a breach of these Rewards points Terms.
Your Compliance with the Rewards Terms. Bloom and Wild reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including the invalidation or removal of Rewards points from your account, or the suspension or termination of your Bloom and Wild Rewards Program account, if:
Bloom and Wild detects any suspicious activity related to your Rewards Program account,
Bloom and Wild believes you have improperly or fraudulently acquired, or attempted to claim Rewards points, including any buying, selling, offering to sell, gifting, or any other transaction involving Rewards points or Rewards points not in accordance with these Rewards points Terms,
Bloom and Wild believes you have misused or abused the Rewards Program or have tampered or attempted to tamper with your Rewards Program account,
You have provided false or misleading information to us, or
You have violated any of these Rewards Terms. If your Bloom and Wild Rewards Program account is terminated for any of the above reasons, you will forfeit all accumulated Rewards points (including legitimately obtained Rewards points) and lose your ability to earn and redeem Rewards points in the future. Compliance with these Rewards Terms is monitored as set out in our Privacy Statement. Bloom and Wild holds sole discretion in determining your compliance with these Rewards Terms, and such determination is final.
Limitation of Liability: While we strive to make the Rewards Program as seamless as possible, we can't guarantee that the Program will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Bloom & Wild won't be responsible for any (in)direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Rewards Program. Our maximum liability to you in respect of your participation in the Rewards Program will be limited to crediting your account with Rewards points or Vouchers equivalent to any lost or disputed Rewards points or Vouchers
Amendment: We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Rewards Program or these Rewards Terms at any time, with or without notice.
Applicable Law. These Rewards Terms will be governed and interpreted pursuant to English law. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales for purposes of any legal action arising out of or related to these terms or the Rewards Program.
