Is the vase included?
No, the vase isn't included, but you can add one at checkout if you'd like a complete gift straight out of the box.
How to care for your flowers
- When your flowers arrive, trim about 2cm from the bottom of each stem at an angle — this helps them drink.
- Place them in a clean vase with fresh, cool water and keep them away from direct sunlight, radiators and fruit bowls (ethylene gas from ripening fruit shortens their life).
- Change the water every couple of days and re-trim the stems each time.

The delivery was prompt and the flowers arrived as expected. They sprung into life the next day and are still going strong. I had a special birthday discount and ordered a bunch at half price. I think however that the flowers are a little overpriced. One can buy a comparable bunch of flowers from M&S or Waitrose for much less. The plus for Bloom and Wild is that one can have them delivered to friends in different parts of the country. Though this can also be matched by M&S and Waitrose. I doubt if flowers sent by these supermarkets match the quality of the flowers from Bloom and Wild.

I ordered 2 of the same, one for my sister and one for myself. I cannot speak for my sister but my flowers are lovely and coming out nicely. I knocked down one star due to the roses, despite trimming the bottom of the stems on arrival they are not lasting and wilting sadly. Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. Our flower and gift boxes – and everything in them – are either recyclable, compostable or reusable. Things like our box, kraft wraps, stickers, flower food sachets and care cards are made from FSC-certified paper and cardboard that's 100% recyclable. The tissue paper in our gift boxes is made from old roses. And our signature flower ribbons are made from recycled plastic bottles, which can be reused at home. (Perfect for present wrapping.)
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes. At checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery date up to three months in advance. It's worth booking ahead for big occasions like Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas, as our slots always fill up fast. If you need flowers or a gift in a hurry, check our same-day and next-day delivery options at checkout.
Do you deliver on Sundays and next day?
Yes, we offer free next-day delivery across the UK, seven days a week including Sundays. Order before 9pm and we can get flowers, plants and gifts to most UK addresses the following day. Need it even sooner? Our premium guaranteed delivery service can get your pressie there by 1pm the next day. Pop your recipient’s postcode in at checkout to see your options.
Can I buy flowers using Klarna?

Both last just as long. It just depends whether your recipient will be at home, and how big a statement you want to make.
Letterbox flowers are packaged flat so they fit through a standard UK letterbox – no one needs to be home to receive them. They arrive in bud and open over the following days.
Hand-tied bouquets are fuller, statement arrangements – the kind you'd hand over in person. They need to be received on the day, so they're best for occasions where you know someone will be in.
