B2B Outreach Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Bloom & Wild uses personal data for business-to-business outreach to new prospects and previous business customers.

Who we are

Bloom & Wild Limited, W.301 Vox Studios, 1–45 Durham Street, London, SE11 5JH, is the controller. Contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@bloomandwild.com.

Why we use and keep your information

We use professional contact information to identify and contact relevant people at companies about Bloom & Wild’s corporate gifting service, manage replies and objections and, where applicable, arrange a physical business sample. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR: developing our B2B business through relevant, targeted outreach to business prospects and previous business customers. We keep your details for 12 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted. If you object or unsubscribe, we keep a minimum suppression record indefinitely, being your email address and the date of your request, because that is the only way to be sure we do not contact you again.

What we hold and where it came from

We may hold your name, job title, work email address, employer, business postal address, the source of the information, your reply and your suppression status. For new prospects, the first email identifies the actual external source. For dormant business contacts, it identifies the enrichment source used to update or verify the contact details in our customer records. Depending on the final campaign, external sources may include Apollo, a business contact database; your public LinkedIn profile; the public Companies House register; or your employer’s public website.

Sharing and international transfers

Where necessary, we share personal data with providers supporting email delivery, business-contact verification and enrichment, cloud hosting, AI-assisted campaign operations and, where applicable, sample fulfilment. Some of these providers process personal data in the United States. Where a transfer is not covered by UK adequacy regulations, we use the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact privacy@bloomandwild.com for a copy of the relevant safeguard or more information.

Your rights

You can object to direct marketing at any time. Reply “unsubscribe” or email privacy@bloomandwild.com. We will stop using your personal data for direct marketing. Depending on the circumstances, you may also ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction. Contact privacy@bloomandwild.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
