A message from our CEO Aron about the crisis in Ukraine

Like all of us, I am utterly shocked and devastated to witness the situation unfolding in Ukraine.

Bloom & Wild has made a donation of £20,000 to the Red Cross in response to the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

We’ve thought hard about how we can be most helpful, and understand that donations are the quickest, safest, and most direct way to help people in Ukraine and neighbouring countries right now. The Red Cross are directly supporting people in urgent need by providing food, medicine, warm clothing and shelter, as well as helping to reunite families, supporting emergency services, and more. So far, they have distributed over 30,000 food and hygiene parcels and supported over 8,000 people sheltering in metro stations. You can read more about the work that they do and their appeal here.

We’re providing support to our Ukrainian colleagues and their families during this extremely difficult time, and also to our colleagues from Russia who are impacted. We're conscious of the far-reaching emotional effects of this conflict and we’re continuing to offer free access to mental health support to everyone at Bloom & Wild.

Care and compassion have always been at the heart of our company, and my thoughts are with everyone affected by this terrible situation.
