What is Bloom & Wild Rewards?
Bloom & Wild Rewards is an invite-only rewards club for our most caring customers, where you get something back every time you send a gift. Earn 5 points for every £1 you spend and grow your points to swap for money-saving vouchers. You get access to exclusive perks like extra discounts, early access to sales, partner offers and insider news too.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 5 points for every £1 you spend (after all discounts have been applied) via our app or website, when logged in to your account.
When will I get my points?
Right after you’ve made your order, points will show as ‘pending’ in your points pot. They’ll change to earned once your gift has been sent.
How can I spend my points?
Once you’ve earned 500 points, you’ll have enough to unlock a £5 Reward. Go to the Bloom & Wild Rewards section of your account, where you’ll be able to swap these points for a Rewards voucher. This will be sent to your inbox and available to view in your account, ready to use at checkout during your next shop.
Where can I find my points and rewards?
Head to your points pot (in the Bloom & Wild Rewards section of your account) to keep track of your total points and Rewards. The best (and easiest) way to see this is on our app.
How long are my points and vouchers valid for?
Your points will expire after 12 months. We’ll give you a nudge before then so, if possible, you can swap them for a Reward. Rewards vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date you’ve unlocked them.
Can I use my Rewards vouchers with other discounts?
Yes – you can use your Rewards vouchers on top of our discounts or any credit in your account. You can also use multiple vouchers on one shop.
Can I earn/use my points on the international Bloom & Wild websites?
Sorry, Bloom & Wild Rewards is currently only available on the UK website.
How do I get access to my perks?
We’ll send news about your perks (like special discounts, pre-sales, sneak peeks and insider content) to your inbox. You can see them in the ‘What's New’ section of our app too.
How can I join Bloom & Wild Rewards?
We’ll let you know if you’ve been invited to join Bloom & Wild Rewards via email. Check your inbox for your personal sign-up link.
How can I leave Bloom & Wild Rewards?
We’d be sad to see you go. To leave Bloom & Wild Rewards, you’ll need to opt out of all marketing communication via your account in our app on our website. Or, you can get in touch with our Customer Delight team.
