We send our flowers via Royal Mail's Tracked service for free next day flower delivery, straight to the door with the other post. Place your order before 10pm Monday to Friday, the day before the flowers are due, or before 9pm for our plants. We'll send you an email with a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your flowers. 1. We send our lilies in bud to protect their delicate petals on their journey through the post and to give you the full life of the flower. Upon arrival, trim the stems and place the flowers in water. Once they have a drink they'll begin to bloom within a day or so and reveal their inner petals. 2. Once they’ve opened and bloomed, they can shed a bit of pollen. To avoid staining, pinch off the stamens (the yellow or orange bits in the centre of the flower). To remove a stain from clothes pat the stained area with sticky tape and never wet the stain. 3. All our blooms are happiest when their water is changed regularly and their stems are trimmed every few days.
