Will my edible gift be okay in the heat?

Yes! Please don't worry. Just like our flowers, we send all our edible products out to be happy in their box during travel, even during hot weather.

It may be that some elements get a little melted - but they'll still taste just as delicious. 

Sometimes we'll add cooling blocks to the delivery, but this is to preserve the look of the gift on arrival - there's no problem if these have melted on arrival. 

Please don't consume anything you're worried about, or if it's been held up for many days in transit. If you're in any way unsure, please contact our Customer Delight team for details on when your gift was shipped.
